While Munis and i was having some discussion on BR1M and welfare cases around Perai, Madam Mariamma dropped by to complain that her RM1M was rejected. A senior citizen who also holds an OKU card should have got her BR1M approved without any doubt. We will be submitting her appeal ASAP. Early this year, she had come to meet me on her welfare dept contribution which was only RM 90.00 per month. With the help of Munis, her fund was increased to RM 150.00 by the welfare department. Some had given publicity in NST promising to assist her BR1M, but fail to keep to their promise.
