Press Statement By Huan CHeng Guan :Due too the support and encouragement from grassroot, I will be offering myself as a candidate for the Vice President in the upcoming Gerakan AGM which is to be held on 11th Okt 2008. Currently i am holding the position as Vice Chairman for the National Youth and also Central Committee members. Gerakan now is at the lowest ebbs and it need changes to rejuvenate the party. gerakan also need leaders with political will and brave to speak out. I urge the delegates to come out in full force and vote for a change in Gerakan. There are many leaders who are endorsing their preferred candidate for the top post and i hope the delegates will be allowed to vote freely and there should be a clean election.
