We had planned this program a week earlier. The day before it was such a hectic day. Morning there were some personal work to be done. Than 1pm was our saree distribution. 4pm was the Deepvali event of Gerakan in Bukit Tambun where we had to bring along 15 people for them to receive their aid from Gerakan. Thanks to Datuk Ng Siew Lai who had made sure our branch got its quota to assist those in need. The Batu Kawan penyelaras who is also a Gerakan member opt to pass to another member of a different party  to look for the needy. Who cares if he tend to ignore us, as long it benefits those in need. Well as for this event At KTMB Apt Perai, Munis and I were there for registration of BR1M 2.0 With Rahmat of KRT Prima Perai. Co organize by Perai Seeds n Kelab Cinta 1 Msia. Good support and turn out.

Saree Distribution for Elderly Women

Kelab Cinta 1 Malaysia, Perai Seeds & ARA Koperasi gave away saree's & sarong for the elderly people. Many parties giving out hamper & money. This group of people seldom buy new cloths for themselves. So its our genuine effort to honor them. We are pleased to do our part for the ‘Warga Emas’ to make this year Deepavali a special one for them.

We are all aware that during this Festival of Light Celebration, many  will come  forward to provide assistance to those in need by giving out hampers and cash aids. We decided to honor 50 ‘warga emas’ ( 30 from Perai / 20 from Bukit Tambun ) with Saree and a sarung for each  of them. Hence we know they seldom buy new clothing for them during this auspicious day. They  use the cash  assistance received, for Deepavali & family rather than purchasing a new traditional costume for themselves. This is why we had decided to honor and to cheer them with new traditional costume of Saree.

The expenses of this comes from our own personal fund which was collected among us. We would like to thank all friends and families who had contributed for this purpose. Each individual is to receive materials cost RM75.00. We are pleased to cheer them in such way and may this year festival of light bring more laughter & joy to all the ’warga emas’. Thank You.

BR1M 2.0

Registration of BR1M 2.0 was held at my house in Taman Inderawasih. We knew that people will walk in for registration since we had done the same for BR1M 1.0. Many had turn up to register especially those who are single and earning below RM 3k who are eligable for RM 250. We started around 8.30am up to 1pm. The people was glad and happy taht they need not travel to Bandar Perda LHDN Office. Its good that we ease the Rakyat's burden. Thanks to Muniswaran, Sambath & Gopi who assisted to do the registration.

A busy day with too many task. But around 5pm had to rush to the school for a short briefing with the GB and PK regarding the school building. There are some urgent matters that we need to look into which involves the local council. Our initial plan to conduct some minor upgrading work at the school had to be put on hold.

Perai Devils - 1 Malaysia Cardiff City Football Tournament

A New Football Club from Perai where its being managed and coached by SJKT Permatang Tinggi Teachers. The team is currently taking part in the 1MCC Football Tournament with another team from Perai ( Universal ) of Sri USC. Total 13 teams taking part from Northern Region. Anbu, who is one of the coach had approached me to seek for sponsorship. Major Huan Cheng Guan's Kelab Cinta 1 Malaysia have assisted in sponsoring the club. Good luck to the entire team of players & staff. Also good luck to Universal FC.

Monthly Event At Shan Orphanage Home

Our monthly event at Shan Home. Since its Siva@Rambo's birthday today, we celebrated with the kids. The kids had a great time. Will be here again next month.

Squash : Back The Bid 2020

1st gold medal from the olympics have shattered. If squash were included in the Olympics, im sure we would have had a few in hand. Our team are supporting the effort undertaken by Datuk Nicol David. We support #BackTheBid2020 for #Squash being listed as one of the sports in 2020 Olympics. Banners were placed all over Perai & Batu Kawan. Come on, lets support them.
