Going through some documentation with Munis

We had planned this program a week earlier. The day before it was such a hectic day. Morning there were some personal work to be done. Than 1pm was our saree distribution. 4pm was the Deepvali event of Gerakan in Bukit Tambun where we had to bring along 15 people for them to receive their aid from Gerakan. Thanks to Datuk Ng Siew Lai who had made sure our branch got its quota to assist those in need. The Batu Kawan penyelaras who is also a Gerakan member opt to pass to another member of a different party  to look for the needy. Who cares if he tend to ignore us, as long it benefits those in need. Well as for this event At KTMB Apt Perai, Munis and I were there for registration of BR1M 2.0 With Rahmat of KRT Prima Perai. Co organize by Perai Seeds n Kelab Cinta 1 Msia. Good support and turn out.

BR1M 2.0

Registration of BR1M 2.0 was held at my house in Taman Inderawasih. We knew that people will walk in for registration since we had done the same for BR1M 1.0. Many had turn up to register especially those who are single and earning below RM 3k who are eligable for RM 250. We started around 8.30am up to 1pm. The people was glad and happy taht they need not travel to Bandar Perda LHDN Office. Its good that we ease the Rakyat's burden. Thanks to Muniswaran, Sambath & Gopi who assisted to do the registration.

BR1M House to House Distribution

Why do we only meet the public during Elections and not when they are being assisted by the Government? Well prior to our meeting recently, our team decided not only to register those who qualified by visiting their houses, but also to pass them the voucher once approved. Together with Yacop (JKKP Sec), Munis ( SEEDS Chairman) & Param (JKKP), we visited all the recipients from Taman Mas. Good to get the groud as we come across other issues concerning the Rakyat that need to be highlighted. 

BR1M Distribution

Credit to Yacop Hashim on his effort in distributing BR1M. Those who qualified to receive the RM 500.00 from the initiative of PM Najib Razak, will be informed through letter. Than with that particular letter, the recipients need to walk into the service center before being given the voucher to be changed at the bank. The JKKP secretary made it easy for many when he took his own initiative to visit houses and call them up to meet where they are convenient off. Various time my self & Munis had assisted him by visiting houses and arranging recipients to meet at restaurants.

Senior Citizen's BR1M Rejected

While Munis and i was having some discussion on BR1M and welfare cases around Perai, Madam Mariamma dropped by to complain that her RM1M was rejected. A senior citizen who also holds an OKU card should have got her BR1M approved without any doubt. We will be submitting her appeal ASAP. Early this year, she had come to meet me on her welfare dept contribution which was only RM 90.00 per month. With the help of Munis, her fund was increased to RM 150.00 by the welfare department. Some had given publicity in NST promising to assist her BR1M, but fail to keep to their promise.

Bantuan Rakyat 1 Malaysia - BR1M Phase 3

BR1M phase 3 is out today. We ( Munis & myself ), will be assisting Yacop to visit those who had their application approved. There are some cases where eligible recipients got their BR1M application rejected. So Phase 3 is out and it will be a busy week.

Bantuan Rakyat 1 Malaysia #BR1M Registration

Today is the launching of the Bantuan Rakyat 1 Malaysia #BR1M Registration by the PM. Those house hold income which is less than RM 3000.00 is eligible to apply for an one of contribution of RM 500.00 from the federal government. Earlier we had visited Kampung Manis for the registration of BR1m and to visit houses where roof have been damage badly. About 11am, we started the BR1m registration at my house to ease those staying around. Munis & Joseph had assisted in filling up the forms and i didnt expect many to come forward. We were glad that we could register more than 100 applicants and completed forms will be submitted to Mr Yakoph.

Bantuan Rakyat 1 Malaysia #BR1M

Our team - Major Huan Cheng Guan ), Munis, Yakoph & Thiru had the discussion on assisting the locals around Batu Kawan & Perai for the application of Bantuan Rakyat 1 Malaysia #BR1M. We decided to go house to house in Kampung Manis. Why only seek the people during election on the purpose of asking vote? When the Federal Govt have implemented programs that benefit the community, it is wise and fair that we visit them to ease the trouble and hassle running around for registration.
